WORKSHOP - ACTOR'S READ WORD

Nikko Attended The Actor's Read which is held every Wednesday from 7p.m. - 9p.m. at Sinema Old School.

The session delves into TV series, plays, film covering various genres from comedy to melodrama. On top of that, they invite the odd directorto participate in our scene work activities and we encourage playwrights to also bring in scripts that we can work on.

For that week, Nikko was involved in recreating scenes from "The Importance of Being Earnest" by Oscar Wilde taking on the role of Gwendolen along side Maggie Neuzilova. For this improvisational activity, it sure helps to keep your acting skills in tab.

If not for rehearsals, Nikko would continue participating in the actor's read every week. For all who are interested, try attending and enjoy the art of "pretend" peopl. After all, it is the industry we chose to play in...so let the games begin!
